These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the TcktPro ticketing platform (“TcktPro” or “the platform”) by organizers, artists, and users (“you” or “the user”) who wish to create web pages to sell tickets for physical events,exhibitions or any other purpose. By using TcktPro, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

TcktPro provides a platform that allows organizers and artists to create web pages to sell tickets for physical events and exhibitions. Additionally, TcktPro offers a parallel web app for the authentication and redemption of tickets at the venue. TcktPro solely provides the platform to create webpages for facilitating ticket sales and redemption.

User Responsibility

Legal Compliance: You, the organizer or user, are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable local and international laws and regulations, including taxation, legal requirements, and data privacy laws when using TcktPro.

Refunds and Cancellations: Any refund or cancellation requests related to ticket sales are the responsibility of the organizer. TcktPro and its owners or subsidiaries bear no role or responsibility in facilitating or processing refunds or cancellations.

Data Sharing and Privacy

User Data Sharing: TcktPro may share details of orders, including zero and first-party data of ticket buyers, with organizers. This sharing occurs after the ticket buyer has selected the option to share their details for events and other offer-related communication.

Data Safety and Policy Adherence: Organizers are responsible for ensuring the safety and adherence to data privacy laws, such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and GDPR, when handling user data obtained through TcktPro. TcktPro is not responsible for any mishandling or breach of user data by organizers.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the TcktPro platform, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, belong to TcktPro and its owners.

Content Ownership: Organizers are responsible for the content they create on the TcktPro platform, including event descriptions, images, and ticket pricing & taxation. TcktPro does not claim ownership of organizer-generated content.

Financial Transactions

Financial transactions, including ticket sales revenue and payment processing, are the sole responsibility of the organizer. TcktPro does not play any role in these transactions.

Event Webpage Availability

The ticketing webpages created through TcktPro will be available for access only until seven (7) days after the last date for which the ticket is sold for the respective event or exhibition. After this period, the event webpage may no longer be accessible through TcktPro.

Termination

TcktPro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at its discretion, with or without cause, at any time.

Limitation of Liability

TicketPro and its owners or subsidiaries are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data breaches, or legal disputes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.

Changes to Terms

TcktPro may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
